For 1 Superfood smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp protein powder – I used almond protein powder
- Add water or vegan milk according to your own choice- about half a cup or more, water is a lighter option, in each option, the result will be a creamy smoothie.
- 1/2 tsp of Maca powder
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries.
Blend all the ingredients
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of Bee Pollen on top
