I love superfoods, in small amount you get a nutritional packed multivitamin and mineral in its natural form!

It’s traditionally held under the tongue to dissolve before swallowing to increase bioavailability.


Word of caution: DO NOT consume if allergic to any bee products

If new to raw Bee products start with the very little amount such as one to few granules of Pollen and traces amounts of Royal Jelly and then build up according to tolerance and age.
