This meal is rich in fibres, proteins, calcium, magnesium, B and C vitamins.
Red Peppers are a good source of Vitamins B6 and C.
Free range Eggs are a rich source of good quality proteins! Vitamins A, D and B.
Wholegrain Flour is rich in fibres, B and E vitamins, folate and potassium.
Serve with a fresh salad as a side!
