This is a tasty, moist and light dessert recipe for a delicious chocolate cake made without butter, eggs and milk!
If you are eating in the right portions and with the right ingredients, you can enjoy eating even dessert.
This is a healthy version of the chocolate cake that I made with 99% dark chocolate.
Very Easy to make, preparation time- 15 minutes and 40 minutes in the oven.
- For Baking pan 24 cm
- Water 333 ml (just regular water)
- Flour 225 g (we used organic flour)
- Sugar 200 g (unrefined cane sugar)
- Dark chocolate – 80 g (we used 99% dark chocolate)
- Coconut oil – 90 g (organic, cold pressed)
- Baking powder for cakes -16 g
- Orange peel -1
Heat over low heat the water in a small pan.
When the water begins to heat, add the sugar and, mix the sugar well to melt it.
Meanwhile cut finely the chocolate add it to the water and mix until all are blended.
When the ingredients are completely blended and free of lumps, pour the mixture into a high-rimmed bowl.
At this point, take a stick blender and blend all the ingredients in the bowl.
Then let it cool to a room temperature.
Then take a bowl and strain the flour and the baking powder.
When the mixture of chocolate and sugar has cooled, pour it into the bowl with the flour.
Mix everything together and avoid the formation of lumps, while obtaining a creamy mixture.
Proceed by adding the oil and the orange peel and continue to mix the ingredients.
Grease a cake pan and pour the mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 40 minutes.
