Lemon and spices Salmon
- 1 zest and juice large lemon
- ½ tsp mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp herbs the provence
- 2 boneless salmon fillets
In a bowl soak the salmon fillets with the lemon juice and zest for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
In an oven pan place the salmon with the lemon marinade and season with the spices.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is ready.
