Healthy Salmon recipe with lemon & spices

Lemon and spices Salmon

Easy, delicious


  • 1 zest and juice large lemon
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs the provence
  • 2 boneless salmon fillets


  1. In a bowl soak the salmon fillets with the lemon juice and zest for 1-2 hours.

  2. Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.

  3. In an oven pan place the salmon with the lemon marinade and season with the spices.

  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is ready.
