ON THIS POST I WILL INTRODUCE TO YOU MY 2 TIPS
TO IMPROVE YOUR DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.

Many of skin problems start directly from nutritional deficiencies.

HOW TO HELP YOU TO START THE CHANGE
THROUGH HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

Many people describe me their diet,  declare that everything healthy, all their nutrition is “by the book”,
yet they still they suffer from lots of stomach and digestion problems.

In Naturopathy we believe that all the problems start from bad digestion.

BY TAKING STEPS TO IMPROVE YOUR DIGESTIVE HEALTH,
YOU WILL IMPROVE YOUR OVERALL HEALTH AND SENSE OF WELLBEING.

DIGESTIVE , APPLE CIDER VINAGER 

Hydrochloric acid (HCl) is an important gastric secretion that enables the body to break down proteins, activate important enzymes and hormones, and protect against bacterial overgrowth in the gut.

Hypochlorhydria (low stomach acid) is a common digestive problem.

MANY PEOPLE SUFFER FROM SYMPTOMS OF POOR ACID STOMACH ACID

If you’re having symptoms such as
acid reflux, heartburn, burping, gas, bloating, nausea,
upset stomach, diarrhoea, iron deficiency, post-adolescent acne,
then it’s very likely that you have a stomach acid issue.

This situation can be caused by Hypochlorhydria, which is low stomach acid.

There is a simple test you can try at home to see if it helps you
and this could help decrease the symptoms.

Drink 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar diluted with 1/2 glass of water
before each meal.

If you will feel better after trying just once this easy solution,
you can then continue and drink first thing in the morning 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, with water.

And in addition two times more before lunch and dinner (when you really suffer from lots of those symptoms)

Do this until you will feel that all your symptoms have eased.

My suggestion is to start the day with the apple cider and after that to eat a small breakfast and take probiotics.

There are so many kinds of probiotics, so when you buy one, you should consult with the health adviser in the supplements store, which one is the best for you!

IN CONCLUSION-
