Smoothie bowls is perfect option for healthy breakfast.

It is a good source of fibre, protein, healthy fats and carbohydrates that will help you to start your day full of energy, keep on good quality ingredients while making your smoothie bowl.

Breakfast Smoothie bowl

Servings 1


  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 chunks of frozen pineapple
  • ¼-½ cup of natural yogurt start with ¼ and add more if needed
  • fresh fruits
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds fibre
  • 1 tbsp porridge oats
  • Walnuts or any other nuts


  1. In a small high-speed blender blend The banana, blueberries, pineapple and yogurt until completely smooth (you may need to stop it and scrape down the sides halfway through).
  2. Serve and top with the fresh fruits and oats and nuts.
