Breakfast Smoothie bowl
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 chunks of frozen pineapple
- ¼-½ cup of natural yogurt start with ¼ and add more if needed
- fresh fruits
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds fibre
- 1 tbsp porridge oats
- Walnuts or any other nuts
In a small high-speed blender blend The banana, blueberries, pineapple and yogurt until completely smooth (you may need to stop it and scrape down the sides halfway through).
Serve and top with the fresh fruits and oats and nuts.
