Herbs are the perfect addition to any meal, full of flavour, high nutritional value, antimicrobial properties and a rich source of antioxidants.

You can plant them in the garden or on your balcony and if you can’t grow them by yourself, then buy fresh/ dried herbs from your local supermarket and use in a variety of recipes!
